Homeless

Painting: Homeless

In a play of shadows and light, “Homeless” captures the essence of invisibility. Seated, withdrawn into himself, the figure seems to dissolve into the darkness, while white doves surround him, a silent, almost otherworldly presence.

The deep blue tones evoke cold, solitude, but also a haunting sense of peace. The absence of a face reinforces the idea of erasure, of a being no longer seen, forgotten. Yet, the birds, messengers of freedom seem to lift him, wrapping him in a fragile hope.

“Is this total abandonment or a quiet rebirth? A descent into oblivion or an ascent toward something beyond? “Homeless” is more than a physical state; it is a metaphor for displacement, inner emptiness, and the silent search for refuge, recognition, and existence.”
